Terms & Conditions – ChatGPT Plus Subscription Offer

By opting in for the AI Skills Accelerator benefit and accepting the ChatGPT Plus Subscription benefit, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Coverage & Duration

  • The ChatGPT Plus Subscription is provided for the duration of your Career Accelerator, from the first day of orientation until the final day of Course 4.
  • After this period, you will need to use your own payment method to continue the subscription.

2. Eligibility & Restrictions

  • This offer is strictly for ChatGPT Plus and does not cover ChatGPT Pro or any other premium tiers.
  • The benefit is only valid for OpenAI’s ChatGPT and cannot be used for any other AI models, platforms, or LLM subscriptions.
  • The ChatGPT Plus account must be registered under the same email address used for your programme access. Using a different email address will result in revocation of the benefit.

3. Payment & Usage Agreement

  • You will be provided with a pre-paid credit card to purchase the ChatGPT Plus subscription.
  • Before receiving the card, you must sign an agreement confirming that:
    • The card will only be used for purchasing the ChatGPT Plus subscription under the email associated with your programme access.
    • Any unauthorised use of the card for other purchases, upgrades, or different email accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • The credit card will expire on the final day of Course 4, and no further charges will be made on behalf of the programme.

4. Revocation of Benefit

This benefit may be revoked immediately if:

  • You withdraw from the programme before completion.
  • You fail to meet the programme’s academic requirements.
  • You upgrade to ChatGPT Pro (or any other tier) or attempt to use the card for any other AI tool or service.
  • The subscription is not registered under the same email address as your programme access.
  • There is suspected abuse of the credit card details or unauthorised transactions.

5. Responsibility & Liability

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the subscription is set up correctly using the provided card.
  • The programme is not liable for any account issues, including:
    • Service disruptions from OpenAI.
    • Issues with subscription cancellation or transition to a personal payment method.
    • Any unauthorised charges made after the card expires.

6. Subscription Continuation Post-Programme

  • After Course 4, you are responsible for adding your own payment method if you wish to continue using ChatGPT Plus.
  • Failure to do so may result in service interruption, for which the programme is not responsible.

7. Activation & Compliance

  • You must activate the ChatGPT Plus subscription within 7 days of receiving the pre-paid credit card.
  • If the subscription is not activated within this timeframe, the programme reserves the right to withdraw the benefit and reallocate it to another eligible participant.
  • By accepting this benefit, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.
  • Any breach of these terms may result in revocation of this benefit and possible further action if misuse is detected.
