It started with two people and one idea
A note from our founders
We think meaningful work is one of the most important things a person can have.
And we think it’s as hard as ever to unlock. Roles keep changing, skills expire faster, and careers have stopped moving in straight lines. That’s why FourthRev exists.
Getting there takes more than one kind of learning. You need the technical capability to actually do the job. The business acumen to know why it matters and where the value sits. The personal skills to keep growing as the work changes underneath you. And the human skills that turn a competent employee into one people want on their team.
Universities are brilliant at one half of this. Academic rigour builds foundations that transfer between roles and hold their value for decades. Industry is brilliant at the other half: the tools, the workflows, what’s needed right now. On its own, neither is enough. In 2019, nobody was joining them up.
So we did: academic rigour, industry relevance, and the personal development that holds the two together. It’s how you become the person companies need next, and stay that person as the market keeps moving.

OUR APPROACH
Reimagined Education
Universities are credible, but they move on academic cycles. Industry changes every six to twelve months, faster still where AI is involved. Learners get stuck in the gap between the two.
Reimagined Education is how we close it: world-class knowledge, translated into capability you can use now, at the pace the market is actually moving.
Curricula are built around live market demand and held to university academic standards. You’ll work with the software and workflows people use to do the job today, including AI-enabled ways of working, then apply all of it on a live project co-designed with the companies hiring and promoting in your field.
We teach for capability, not completion. The technical depth, business judgement and human skills you build keep compounding as your role changes, which puts you in charge of your own progression rather than waiting for the next retraining cycle. The thinking underneath our approach is settled. The approach itself is not, and it moves as the technology and the evidence move.
Our support does more than keep you on top of coursework, although it does that too. Through 1:1 career coaching and group mentoring from people doing the work in your field, we help you get clear on the move you want to make, and back you while you make it.
