What you’ll learn
Each of the three, six-week courses is purpose-built to give you the practical capability you need to stand out in the industry. In the fourth and final course – a six-week Employer Project – you’ll apply what you’ve learned to a real-world scenario.

3 WEEKS
Onboarding and Goal Setting
You’ll start with two weeks of Orientation, where you’ll get comfortable with the online learning platform, connect with fellow learners, and plan your studies. You’ll also meet your Success Manager and Career Coach, who will help you personalise your plan of attack to achieve your version of success.

6 WEEKS
Course 1: Product Management and Strategy
In course one you’ll get introduced to the world of product management. You’ll build the skills to navigate the challenges of stakeholder management, research-driven decision-making and user-centric design. In the course assignments, you’ll articulate value propositions, conduct a competitor analysis, and create a user persona.

Course 2: Product Design and Development
You’ll now start to build a practical approach to product management, focusing on design and development. You’ll develop the skills needed to work effectively with teams, make informed product decisions, and ensure that products align with strategic goals. The assignments mirror the strategic and collaborative aspects that product managers often juggle, helping you to hone your skills for translating user needs into actionable product features.

Course 3: Launching a Product to Market
Learn what it takes to ensure your product doesn’t just launch but thrives in the market. You’ll gain the tools and insights to position your product effectively, collaborate seamlessly with key teams, and continuously refine your product based on user feedback. The assignments are structured to guide you through the pivotal moments leading up to a product's market introduction.

Employer Project
In this final project, you’ll apply everything you’ve learned to solve a challenge faced by a real-world company. It’s an opportunity to tackle real problems, generate value, and gain relevant feedback and experience. You’ll build first-hand knowledge of what it takes to be successful as a product manager, equipping you to stand out for your next opportunity.
