Thank you for your interest in FourthRev’s 2025 Headstart Package, an exclusive early enrolment offer for the King’s Product Management Career Accelerator. The 2025 Headstart Package is designed to provide learners of the January presentation with additional support and opportunities, helping them maximise their learning journey and career outcomes.
These Terms and Conditions outline the specific terms related to the 2025 Headstart Package Promotion, which includes Exclusive Access to Live Industry Mentorship, Extended Career Coaching, and Early Access to Alumni Networking Events. These benefits are available only to early enrollees who secure their place on the King’s Product Management Career Accelerator before 16 December 2024.

General Terms and Conditions
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the 2025 Headstart Package benefits, learners must:
- Complete an application and pay their deposit before 16 December 2024.
- Be actively enrolled in the January cohort as paying participants.
- Remain in good standing with all programme requirements.
- Comply with specific terms for each benefit to maintain eligibility.
Fair Usage Policy
To ensure equitable access to benefits:
- Duration of Benefits: Benefits like extended coaching are available for up to 6 months after the programme ends, but are subject to further terms and conditions as detailed below.
- Access Limitations: The cap for the Headstart Package and all the benefits within it is set at 25 learners.
- Scope of Benefits: Each benefit focuses on career-related support and does not substitute for unrelated services (e.g., personal therapy or unrelated training).
Termination of Participation in Benefits
Access to specific benefits may be terminated under the following circumstances:
- Completion of Objective: Once the intended goal of a benefit is achieved, eligibility for further access to that benefit ends.
- Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with programme or benefit-specific terms may result in termination of all Headstart Package benefits.
- Voluntary Withdrawal: Learners may withdraw from a benefit at any time; re-enrolment is not guaranteed.
- Repeated Non-Engagement: Frequent cancellations or lack of engagement may result in suspension of access to certain benefits.
Pausing and Reinstating Benefits
If learners pause their programme progression, access to the Headstart Package benefits will be suspended until they resume. Upon resumption, goals and timelines for each benefit may be adjusted as necessary.
Modification of Terms
FourthRev reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Continued participation in the Headstart Package constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements, the Head of Student Success will review and provide a final decision.
Limitation of Liability
FourthRev is not liable for any loss or damage related to participation in the Headstart Package, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law, with disputes subject to UK jurisdiction.
Benefit-Specific Terms and Conditions
1. Exclusive Access to Live Industry Mentorship
This benefit provides early enrollees with the opportunity to participate in live group mentorship calls led by top industry experts.
1.1 Mentorship Scope:
- These sessions feature real-world case studies, offering practical insights and strategies to help learners tackle challenges in their product management careers.
- The mentorship series is designed to enhance learners’ confidence and problem-solving skills as they progress through the programme.
1.2 Mentorship Timing:
The mentorship calls will be scheduled during the programme at key intervals. Dates and times will be communicated in advance.
1.3 Key Outcomes:
- Learn from mentors who have successfully solved challenges you may face in your career.
- Apply actionable insights directly to your learning and career development.
- Build valuable connections with industry experts and peers.
2. Extended Career Coaching
This benefit offers learners additional coaching sessions after the programme ends to help achieve their career goals.
2.1 Eligibility and Participation:
- The coaching benefit is available for up to 6 months after programme completion.
- Only 25 learners will be eligible for this benefit on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2 Setting Career Goals and Objectives:
– Learners will work with their coach to define a measurable career goal, including milestones and target – dates, documented in the Career Coaching Tracker.
2.3 Frequency and Scope of Sessions:
- Learners are entitled to two sessions per month, subject to completing agreed-upon actions from previous sessions.
2.4 Termination of Coaching:
Coaching will end upon achievement of the career goal or if non-compliance with the coaching terms occurs.
3. Early Access to Alumni Networking Events
Learners will gain early access to networking events featuring alumni from various FourthRev Career Accelerators.
3.1 Scope:
These events aim to provide early enrollees with valuable connections and career insights before the programme concludes.
3.2 Event Timing and Structure:
Networking events will begin as early as January 2025 and include structured opportunities to engage with alumni virtually or in person.
3.3 Participation Requirements:
- Learners must pre-register for events.
- Attendance may be capped to ensure quality interaction with alumni.
3.4 Networking Focus:
While these events aim to build connections, they do not guarantee job offers or immediate employment opportunities.
Additional Conditions for All Benefits
- Benefit Validity:
