Terms & Conditions – Pre-Start Coaching

 This early enrolment benefit is available exclusively to candidates who complete their enrolment in November 2025 for the February 2026 intake of their Career Accelerator.

1. Pre-Start Career Coaching

• Includes up to two (2) individual 60-minute coaching sessions with a Career Coach, to be delivered ahead of the official programme start.
• Coaching access unlocks once deposit payment is confirmed. Eligible learners will be contacted within 10 working days to schedule their first session.
• The number of sessions delivered before the start of the programme depends on the remaining time available. In some cases, there may not be sufficient time to complete both sessions.
• These sessions are in addition to the standard 12 months of career coaching already included in the programme.
• Access is non-transferable, holds no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other services or tuition reductions.

2. Refund Policy

• Deposits remain fully refundable until the end of Week 2, Course 1, should learners decide to withdraw.
• Applies to all payment plans available under this offer.
• If a learner withdraws after attending any pre-start coaching session(s), a value of £75 per session attended will be deducted from the refundable deposit

3. Eligibility and Limitations

• Offer expires 30 November 2025, or once coach capacity is reached.
• Learners may not combine this offer with other tuition reductions, scholarships, or financial incentives.
