We give learners an opportunity to apply everything they’ve learned in an Employer Project that’s based on a real-world challenge set by a company. It’s during this crucial project stage that they’ll practise their skills, build experience and a portfolio of work, and be immersed in a real work setting.

For our employer partners, it’s a chance to solve a challenge, get support on a project, and find a fresh perspective. All this from a group of diverse, talented, and highly motivated professionals dedicated to developing a solution that the business can actually use.
